CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

Submission deadline: 1 October 2026

Poster

A poster exhibition area will be available during the conference for all accepted posters. This allows participants to access the content throughout the conference, although meeting the authors is not guaranteed.

The following types of posters are invited:

  • Original research findings
  • Literature reviews
  • Technical notes on clinical techniques
  • Case studies

Abstracts must be submitted using the templates provided below.

Accepted posters should be printed in A1 format (594 × 841 mm) and brought by the authors to the conference venue. Each poster must be limited to one page.

Authors are encouraged, but not required, to be present at their poster during breaks.

The Conference Committee reserves the right to accept or reject submissions. All submitting authors will be notified of the decision by email. Further information will be provided to authors of accepted posters.

Abstract Requirements

Abstracts must be clear, structured, and informative, providing an accurate overview of the poster content.

Please follow the designated template for your abstract type. References should be numbered in the text and listed in chronological order at the end. Use a concise reference format including authors, journal or book title, year, issue number, and pages (exclude article titles).

The abstract must include:

  • Results of the study or work
  • A statement of clinical relevance

All listed authors must have significantly contributed to the work and approved the submission. The manuscript must be original.

Please indicate whether artificial intelligence (AI) was used in the work and, if applicable, specify the tool used.

The provided template must be used. Authors are responsible for the content, presentation, and display of their poster.

Abstracts must not be used to promote specific products, business concepts, or commercial interests. Such content is instead suitable for exhibitions, workshops, or speaker sessions during the conference.

By submitting, the author confirms that all requirements have been fulfilled.
